Linking Korean SMEs and Indian University Students : Recruitment and Job Fair

Korea SMEs & Startup Agency (KOSME) and IBS (India Biz Solutions) hosted a collaborative recruitment program and job fair titled “Linking Korean SMEs and Indian University Students” on 1st October at Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, 7th October at New Delhi Institute of Management & 8th October at Jawaharlal Nehru University . The event aimed to connect Indian students with Korean small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for internships and job opportunities, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and enhancing economic ties between South Korea and India.

New Delhi Institute of Management. 7 October 2024.
Program started at 1p.m. with the introductory speech of Mr. Jae Kyeong Lee followed by the presentation of IBS on “Linking Korean SMEs and Indian University Students”. Professor Myung-e Lee threw light on Korean Corporate Culture followed by a consulting session of Mr. Saurav of SK who answered students’ queries and had an interacting session. The session ended with a company briefing and Job Fair.

The “Linking Korean SMEs and Indian University Students” program concluded with a successful job fair where students interviewed with Korean companies, exploring diverse career opportunities. With personalized career counseling and company briefings, the program fostered meaningful connections between students and potential employers. Overall, it strengthened economic and professional ties between South Korea and India, paving the way for future collaboration and growth.
