Job Description:

1. Register and update customer information in internal databases.

2. Manage customer accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.

3. Handle the preparation, tracking, and management of distribution agreements.

4. Generate and maintain order management reports for sales tracking and analysis.

5. Support in resolving ledger-related issues in coordination with the finance team.

6. File and organize all sales-related documentation systematically.

7. Act as a central communication hub between departments to ensure smooth operational flow.

8. Assist in compiling sales performance data and preparing incentive reports for the sales team.
