Working Day/Hours: : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Install, service, and repair CBCT and dental imaging products to the highest standards.
Provide technical support to the Customer Service, Sales, and Implementation teams.
Conduct site surveys for equipment layout and prepare detailed Installation Site Survey documents.
Visit customer sites to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install computer, dental, and X-ray equipment and related software.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support via phone or email, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall function and purpose of the position.
Support new and existing customers with the maintenance and servicing of CBCT dental X-ray equipment, ensuring the highest level of quality.
Offer technical support and training to internal teams, including Customer Service, Sales, and Implementation.
