Job Description:

1. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Korean (spoken and written).

2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.

3. Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates and follow-ups.

5. Translate and interpret business communications, presentations, and documents as needed.

6. Assist in client meetings, preparing reports or summaries to support business decisions.
