Job Description:

Marketing:

1. Coordinating with Sales team regarding their requirements accordingly arranging promotional material
2. Overseeing campaigns on social media & evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns
3. Content creation & arranging artwork and promoting with sales team and social media
4. Creating overseas trip participants list and making Travel arrangements (flight booking / Visa arrangements) coordinating with travel agency
5. Online seminar/ live surgery promotion
6. Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms
7. Expense versus revenue generation event result report creation and submission to management

Seminar:

1. Identify and penetrating new market in tandem with sales team the targeting with specific objectives through seminars and implant courses
2. Maintaining monthly event/seminar calendar
3. Training course planning and execution: for doctors and staff as and when required
4. Managing exhibition participation: Expodent & all other dental events
5. Venue finalization: arranging quotation as per our requirement (Checking Hall, audio visual equipment, seating armaments display of Dentium products etc.)
